We want our customers to rest assured that our products are safe and wholesome, which is why our Microbiology Lab maintains its certification as a USDA/ FSIS Pasteurized Egg Products Recognized Laboratory.

An in-house test kitchen is utilized to monitor finished product performance and verify that its functionality will excel in our customers applications.
